We have built a reputation for providing a quality foodservice, cost effectively and are able to work with a wide variety of customers because we adopt a flexible approach to solution provision. We are also able to provide solutions for those organisations looking to change their current restaurant environments and as part of our partnership philosophy, we may also provide capital investment.

We are able to offer solutions on both a cost-plus or an income generation basis. This is important for those organisations, particularly educational establishments, looking to ease financial pressures.

We believe that the quality of the food we purchase is of paramount importance. For this reason, we do not rely on convenience foods, but our purchasing policy is based on getting the best local quality product at the right price. Our foodservice teams then use their catering skills combined with their individual knowledge of the site and its customers to deliver exciting menu choices.

Whilst our suppliers include major national and international brands you find at the local supermarket, we have a policy of purchasing local produce wherever possible. Local suppliers are used to provide fresh items such as dairy products, meat, fruit and vegetables.

For both us and our client, the quality of our foodservice team is key. Well motivated teams will perform better, ensuring our client’s requirements are met. Recruiting local people who are part of the community means that our teams work for the benefit of both us and our clients.

Providing the right level of resource to our contracts along with offices located throughout Cumbria, we ensure that communication between our client and management teams is optimised. This in turn, means that we focus on reaching our client’s aspirations within a commercial framework.
