The Property Unit acts as the 'Informed Property Client' on behalf of Cumbria County Council, in the delivery of the following services; 

•  Strategic Asset Management
•  Construction and Building Maintenance Programmes
•  Land and Buildings (Estate Management)     

These services are delivered in conjunction with our Strategic Delivery Partner, Capita Symonds Ltd.
