Learning Disabilities - Who can get help?

The Community Learning Disability Team provides help to people with learning disabilities aged 18 and over who have had their disability since childhood and find it difficult to:

• understand new or complicated information
• learn new skills
• live alone without help
• speak to others and
• take part in social activities

The Team provides help to those who most need it.  If the Team can not help you, they will put you in touch with people who can help you.
