Knowledge Management is responsible for co-ordinating the national annual user experience survey of users of social care services in Cumbria. This involves sending out questionnaires to service users, analysing the responses and summarising the findings for managers, practitioners, service users and the public. Different groups of service users are surveyed each year. Click on the links on the right hand side of this screen to access summaries of the findings for previous year's surveys.
