After your assessment, your social worker will arrange for personalised vouchers to be sent to you from Accor (the voucher provider).
Once you have the vouchers, you can choose the care provider(s) you would like to provide your breaks from the list of providers we send you. You will need to contact the provider of your choice and agree with them when they will provide you with breaks. You will also need to agree with them the care they will provide to the person you look after.
You will then give the vouchers to your chosen provider in return for the breaks they provide to you. They will then return the vouchers to Accor for their payment.
This is a brief summary of what happens. We will give you more information when we arrange for the vouchers for you. A booklet for carers is now available and a pack will be sent to you with your first vouchers.
