How to make a compliment, comment or complaint

Skip main menu

Cumbria Care follows the Compliments, Comments and Complaints Procedure used by Cumbria County Council's Adult Social Care.

If you would like to compliment a member of staff about their work or make a comment or suggestion about a service, please let the Manager of the service know.  If you are not sure who the Manager is, please ask any member of staff.  You can also send compliments to the Complaints Team in Adult Social Care - their contact details are given below.

Whilst our aim is to provide high quality services, there will be occasions when things are not done as well as they might be.  If you would like to raise a concern about our work, please let the Supervisor or Manager on duty know.

If they are unable to resolve matters to your satisfaction you can raise it with the Manager of the service or the Operations Manager.  Again, if you are not sure who these are, please ask any member of staff.

If you you would like to make a complaint you can contact:
