Interpreting
Cumbria County Council's Adult Social Care directorate uses the Language Line telephone interpreting service to enable us to communicate with people who prefer not to use English. We have multilingual notices on display in our reception areas advertising this service.
We use Language Line for initial contacts with customers. For more detailed discussions, meetings and assessments we may use face to face interpreters.
