These Induction and Resource Packs for new health and social care staff are developed to enable partnership working. They provide a resource designed to enhance knowledge and skills.
The packs are underpinned by the belief that by understanding each others roles better and by working in an integrated way, a better service can be provided to the people who rely on our support and help. They enable staff to gain recognition of competency to exercise fuller responsibilities under Health Act Flexibilities Agreements.
