- Provide social or health care in a social setting.
- Be either a private or voluntary organisation.
- Access accredited NVQ training through an education/training provider or via your own in-house accredited centre.
- Have an established induction programme which meets Skills for Care requirements
- Have no access to funding from other sources for the above qualifications e.g. through educational contracts etc, or Train to Gain
