Skills for Care 'Winner of Winners' 2008

CSAC was nominated in the 'Most effective partnership for workforce development' category of the Skills for Care Accolades  which took place in November, and were delighted to win. Our sense of achievement was heightened even further when Phil Hope MP, the new Social Care Minister also declared CSAC the 'Winner of Winners'.

CSAC is really proud to have won these awards and wishes to thank everyone who supports our initiatives, gets involved in our work and contributes to the Alliance.

Regional Training Award

The MOVE ON CAREfully literacy and communication project was a Regional Training Award Winner at the National Training Awards 2008. Partners from the steering group were awarded trophies from Colin Jackson below.

Award Winners November 2005!

Excellence Awards 89

We are thrilled to share the news that in November Care Sector Alliance Cumbria won the County Council, Social Care Award for Joint Working/Partnership. This was in recognition of the productive partnership working that we have facilitated with strategic agencies, care providers and education/training providers across the county.  

On 3rd February 2006 CSAC was put forward for the County Council Excellence Award for Joint Working and Partnership against winners from other Directorates within the County Council. We are delighted to inform you that we won the Gold Award in our category.
