We asked, you said, we listened

In the Adult and Local Services Directorate, we are very keen to understand what local people want from their services.  We want to work in partnership with you – that’s why we want to demonstrate how we’ve listened and responded to your comments.

Shaping current services and the overall future of the county is a two-way process. That’s why we’re trying to devise improved ways of asking what you think, then listening hard to what you say and responding.
