TeamTeach is a series of positive strategies that can be used by teachers, support workers, health professionals or anyone whose work brings them into contact with challenging behaviour. It is a widely recognised training programme which provides employees with a gradual and graded response to de-escalate situations calmly and safely. Participants learn the importance of teamworking and the legal implications of positive handling - including the importance of documentation.
