To apply for children's residential care or any children's social care service, please contact Customer Services and ask for an assessment of need. Customer Services will discuss with you what kinds of difficulties you and/or your child are facing.
If we can help, Customer Services will take some details about you and your child(ren) and will put you in touch with a social worker. Customer Services may also be able to tell you about other sources of help.
We can respond quickly if urgent help is needed. If you are concerned for the welfare of a child, you should contact Customer Services straight away.
