What do I need to do before I apply for a place?

Before you apply please read the “Applying for a junior school place in Cumbria for September 2012” booklet carefully before making an application. The booklet is available online below. The booklet contains important information about the application and allocation process.

Junior phase - Information for parents/carers

Before you apply online please make sure you have the letter from your child’s current junior/primary school which contains your child’s UID number [Unique Identifier]. 

If you are not resident in Cumbria you must make your application to the local authority where you live.

Complete the online application form using the ‘Apply online’ link.
