Welcome to the School Improvement Team’s guidance to schools on the induction and support of Newly Qualified Teachers. There are two sections for your use which are available below.
The first section is aimed towards headteachers and induction tutors and should provide all the information needed to ensure that schools can provide effective induction to their NQTs.
The second section is aimed towards NQTs themselves.
