“The Youth Pathways to Employment Scheme allowed me to earn and gain work experience and a qualification at the same time.

“I also had the opportunity to attend courses and gain extra qualifications. I completed my NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration, ECDL, OCR Word and Text Processing. These have given me more confidence and experience working with computers; they have also improved my CV.
