Community Regeneration Fund
The Community Regeneration Fund supports projects and initiatives that improve the local environment, increase the skills level of the county's workforce, support the most vulnerable members of society and improve the sustainability of Cumbria’s communities.
Priority is given to projects that will create additional jobs or training opportunities in areas with high levels of unemployment.
Grants of up to to £15,000 or up to 50 per cent of the total project cost are available.

Community Waste Prevention Fund
This fund supports new and innovative waste prevention initiatives, which work directly with the communities to improve the quality of life for people in Cumbria. Grants of between £2,500 and £15,000 are available to encourage the '3 Rs' - reduce, reuse and recycle.
