How do I make a request for information?

An EIR request does not need to be made in writing. It could be made over the telephone or even face to face.  You do not need to mention that you are making the request under EIRs for the rules to apply but it would help us deal more efficiently with your request if you would direct it to the Information Team at the address below. 

You can state your preference as to the format in which you would like the information to be provided to you, for example, email, letter, CD.

When making a request for information please include the following details:

• Your name and address for correspondence 
• Description of the information you require 

If we cannot provide the information to you for any reason, or we do not have the information you request, we will let you know as soon as possible.
