Do I need to attend the meeting?

Yes. You will be expected to attend the meeting to put your question, present your petition or lead a deputation. If you are not able to attend you should contact the Committee's secretary a few days beforehand. If you wish, you can arrange for someone else to attend on your behalf. Failing this, the matter will be dealt with in your absence and we will write to let you know the outcome.
