How will my question be replied to?

After you have asked your question or presented your petition/deputation, members of the committee may wish to speak and ask you questions. During this discussion an officer may speak to offer advice. At the end of the discussion you may make a closing comment. The Chair will then sum up and announce the committee's response to your question. A few days after the meeting we will write to you to confirm the committee's response.
