Welcome to the Council Plan 2010-2013. 

This document provides strategic direction and vision for the organisation, together with information about how we will deliver on the outcomes and priorities for the people of Cumbria.

The Council Plan 2010-2013 was approved by Full Council on 18 February 2010 and replaced the Council Plan 2009-2012 on 1 April 2010.
