Cumbria Equality and Diversity Partnership (CEDP)

The Cumbria Equality and Diversity Partnership (CEDP) is a county partnership that brings together lead people on equality and diversity from different organisations in Cumbria.

The role of the CEDP is to:

• Ensure diversity issues are addressed by the Cumbria Strategic Partnership
• Share best practice
• Support local activity to promote equality and diversity.

The CEDP is organised through a Hub and Spoke model that has:

• Countywide hub
• 5 locality spokes

The hub links to the Cumbria Strategic Partnership and the Spokes link to the Local Strategic Partnerships.
