Formerly lead singer with Cherish The Ladies, Co. Kildare singer Heidi Talbot is right at home in the twin worlds of Irish traditional and roots music. 2010 saw Heidi nominated for two BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and record and tour with Idlewild, Eddi Reader, Michael McGoldrick, and Kris Drever. It also saw her play sell-out concerts all over the UK and Ireland and launch her new record The Last Star to rave reviews. Playing material from her brand new record, Angels Without Wings, Heidi will be joined by world renowned Multi Instrumentalist/Producer John McCusker and the inimitable guitar playing of Ian Carr.
