Health and Wellbeing - Alcohol Concern`s Dry January

Dry January is back to give us all a break from booze!

In January many of us want to give our body a break after Christmas. Cutting the amount of alcohol you consume is a good start and a whole month off alcohol is really good for your health. It boosts your energy levels and improves your sleep, but it also gives you a sense of achievement and can save you money too.

Why go dry?

Last January, over two million adults participated in Dry January and tens of thousands signed up online. So why not get involved in 2018 and start experiencing the benefits.

Dry January participants often report losing weight, sleeping better, more energy, clearer skin plus huge savings. That's not a bad return just for cutting out the booze for 31 days.

So go on, take time out and prove to yourself that you can say no to the tipple.

Impact Calculator
