All Cumbria Libraries are open except Cockermouth.

Library books from Cockermouth can be returned at the Flood Support Centre in Christ Church or at any library within the County.Opening times for Christ Church are Monday - Friday 0930 - 1630 and Saturday 0930 - 1230. There will be no overdue charges. Reading Groups and some young people's activities will continue.

Keswick Library is acting as a Flood Information Centre for the next two months and will be open Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm 

Seaton Library  open as drop in centre.

The Flood Support Centre in Ulverston is now at the Council Depot, North Lonsdale Road, Ulverston.

Mobiles : 

Workington and Whitehaven mobiles are both now on their normal runs, but carrying Flood Support Information.

To assist with the recovery stage of the floods across the County, Cumbria Libraries will provide one hour free internet access to all residents and businesses affected by the floods at Carlisle, Whitehaven, Workington, Barrow, Kendal and Penrith main libraries and to all branch libraries in Allerdale and South Lakes.
