All libraries in Cumbria have been designated as Police Complaint Access Points. We are the first library authority in the country to provide this service.
Forms and pre paid envelopes are supplied and will be forwarded to Police Headquarters for the attention of the Professional Standards Department.
You will then be contacted directly by the Professional Standards Department who will arrange a meeting to discuss the complaint and agree on a course of action. All forms will be treated as strictly confidential.
Leaflets and forms are available in a number of languages and formats including Braille and Audio.
