Junior Reading Groups

Are you aged 7-11 years? Do you enjoy reading? why not join our reading group where you can meet with other people who love books, try different authors, discuss their work? Sessions are relaxed informal and  FUN!

Join us from 10.45 until 11.45 at Barrow Central Library on the following Saturdays:

Happy Reading

Teenage Book Club. For young people aged 12-16. Want your own space after school ? We meet once a month on a Monday at 4.15pm during term time. Meetings are on the folowing dates:

Bring your baby to rhymes, songs and stories at Barrow Central Library. Sessions are from 10.30 - 11.00 am on the following dates:

Stories, songs and rhymes for under 5's and their grown ups. Sessions are from 1.30 - 2.15 on the following Wednesdays.

Reading group meets every third Saturday of the month from 11.00-12.00 during term time only. Aimed at children aged 8-12 years.

Reading group meets on the last Wednesday of the month from 15:45 to 16:45 except during school holidays. Please ring library for holiday times.

Reading Group meets on a Thursday every month from 16.00 - 17.00

Reading group meets every month on a Tuesday from 16.30 - 17.30. (not Summer holidays)

Junior reading group(8 to 10 years old) meets on the first Thursday in the month from 4pm - 5pm

Reading group meets monthly on a Thursday from 15.45 - 16.45

SUNDAY READING GROUP
For ages 6-8 years, from 2pm - 3pm every four weeks starting on 27 April. Other sessions arranged for 25 May, 22 June, 13 July.
Takes place in the childrens library.
