Reader Development Loans

All subscribing schools are provided with a core loan collection to support reading development and to complement and supplement their own schools stock. Our wide range of stock includes: board books, picture books, junior fiction, general interest non fiction, poetry, myths, legends and traditional tales and multicultural resources including dual language books.

All or part of the collection can be exchanged during the year.  

This will normally be through a mobile library visit.  Children and teachers can select their own books from a constantly updated collection.

Alternatively resources can be selected by library staff to meet identified needs and delivered and collected at intervals as agreed with our Primary Schools Team.
