Ordering Deadlines

Orders for short term loans must be received by the end of each term for delivery during the first full week of the following term. Any orders received after this will be delivered from the second full week of term onwards and may result in a charge to cover additional courier costs.

Delivery and Collection Dates

Spring term loans will be collected between Monday 26 March and Friday 30 March 2012.

Summer term loans will be delivered between Wednesday 18 April and Tuesday 24 April 2012.

Please have all boxes ready for collection and placed in your schools main entrance during the specified period. If you would like to keep your box for another term please let us know and we will renew the books and adjust your entitlement accordingly.

Any boxes not collected which require a second or repeated courier visit may result in a charge to cover additional courier costs. Any boxes not returned will be renewed and debited from yur school's total entitlement.
