Cumbria County Council aims to keep you up to date with what is happening in the county. As well as providing the local newspapers, radio and TV with information about what is happening in Cumbria, the council also produces its own publications and news updates on the internet. 

You can find out what is to be discussed, and where meetings are being held through our events calendar. Our events calendar will also give you up-to-date information about what's going on in the county's museums, libraries and attractions, as well as community events. 

To help keep people informed we also produce a regular magazine, YourCumbria.   Delivered door to door across the whole of Cumbria, it contains a wide range of information on council services and events.
