New opening hours for Cockermouth Library

Today, Cumbria County Council's Local Committee for Allerdale agreed to change the opening hours of Cockermouth Library for a trial period between May and December 2003. The changes are in response to concerns about staff and public safety and will also provide additional opening hours in the mornings and on Saturdays. 

The new opening hours are as follows 

Monday 9.15 - 7 
Tuesday 9.15 - 5 
Wednesday 9.15 - 7 
Thursday 9.15 - 12.30 
Friday 9.15 - 5 
Saturday 9.15 - 1
