Residents from Dalston and Cummersdale will be kept up to date with public transport and highways issues in their area at the next neighbourhood forum meeting.
Cumbria County Council's public transport officer and a representative from Stagecoach as well as the area's highways engineer will be at the meeting to discuss any problems or issues residents may have.
County councillor John Collier, chairman on the forum said:
"This meeting will give residents an opportunity to highlight any issue relating to public transport or general highways issues with officers responsible. I would urge anyone who wants to discuss an issue further to come along to the meeting next Monday."
Other items on the agenda include:
1. Dalston Library update
2. Police matters
3. Neighbourhood forum grants
The forum will meet in the Derwent Meeting Room in Geltwood House at the Carleton Clinic on Monday 14th November at 7pm.
