Feedback from previous meetings and updates from local councillor and deputy leader of the county council Joan Stocker, the Lake District National Park Authority and town centres manager head the agenda at the next Windermere & Staveley District Neighbourhood Forum.
Jenny Draper will provide an update on the work of the Windermere Community Safety Partnership and outline actions in the new plan and councillor Stocker will explain the need for a review of the county's bus services and work which has been done on this to date.
The Ladyholme Centre on Lake Road, Windermere will host the Forum on Tuesday 24 July.
From 6.30pm, residents will have the opportunity to meet and discuss issues and concerns with officers from the Lake District National Park Authority and county, district and parish councils, the police and the town centre manager. The forum meeting itself will at 7.00pm.
The forum will also give the opportunity to swap local information and diary dates and listen to representatives from local groups applying for forum grants.
