HM Coroner for South Cumbria and Furness Ian Smith has announced that the inquest into the deaths of 7 people following the Legionnaires outbreak in Barrow-in-Furness in 2002 will be held at Barrow Magistrates Court commencing 4th June 2007.
The inquest will be into the deaths of Richard Macaulay, Wendy Millburn, Georgina Somerville, Harriet Low, Christine Merewood, June Miles and Elizabeth Dixon.
A total of 13 witnesses will be called to the inquest, which is scheduled to last 5 days.
