Frizington Community School hosts the next meeting of the Arlecdon and Frizington Neighbourhood Forum which gets underway on Monday 21 May, at 6:30pm.
The meeting has been arranged to coincide with a special open day at the school which starts at the earlier time of 5:00pm.
A host of events are taking place during the open day including a kids' computer workshop, football training, ancestry.co.uk taster sessions and information on the digital TV switchover.
During the Neighbourhood Forum, there will be an opportunity for people to question Peter Clarke from the Cumbria Primary Care Trust on the future of health care in the area.
Feedback on issues raised at previous Forums will also be given, plus an opportunity to listen to representatives from local groups applying to the forum for a grant, to share or publicise any local information and raise any other issues.
