28/4/2008 - Hillcrest and Hensingham Neighbourhood Forum

Hensingham's Sneckyeat Community Centre is the venue for the next Hillcrest and Hensingham Neighbourhood Forum meeting on Thursday 8 May, at 6:30pm.

The meeting gets underway with a talk by Cumbria County council’s Area Support Manager, Jonathan Marriott, about the future makeup of Neighbourhood Forums in Copeland.

Copeland Borough Council’s enforcement team will also be available to listen to any problems or concerns and answer questions.

The area’s Community Police Team will be on hand to answer any local policing questions. There will also be updates on the Whitehaven Nightsafe Scheme and the South Whitehaven Neighbourhood Management project.

Feedback on issues raised at previous Forums will be given, plus an opportunity to listen to representatives from local groups applying to the forum for a grant, to share or publicise any local information and raise any other issues.
