Kendal Library is marking this year’s World Book Day (6 March) by giving people the chance to meet three of the region’s best storytellers.
Celebrated writers Peter Wild, Mollie Baxter and Thomas Fletcher will be popping into the town’s library from 7:00pm to read from Beyond the Rain, their new collection of short stories.
The event has been organised by Cumbria County Council and tickets, which can be obtained from Kendal Library, are free.
