Workington’s Amateur Operatic Society Hall is the venue for the next the Workington Central Neighbourhood Forum on Tuesday 24 June, at 7:00pm.
The meeting gets underway in the Queen's Street venue with a chance to learn more about the Derwent Howe Master Plan and what it means for places such as Clay Flatts, Solway Road and the former Corus site.
Judy Wagg from Resolve will be on hand to talk about the different services the mediation organisation offers in the area and how people can access them. She will also let people know about new training opportunities that are available to local residents.
Cumbria County Council’s Jason Dixey will also provide an update on the Hall Park cycleway scheme.
