Workington’s Moorclose Community Centre hosts the next meeting of the Moorclose Neighbourhood Forum on Tuesday 18 March, at 7:00pm.
The meeting starts with an update on the improvement work done as part of the Moorclose Community Travel Plan and asks people for their views on what travel problems should be tackled next.
There will also be an opportunity to hear more about the public consultation into plans to turn the North Cumbria Acute Hospitals Trust into a Foundation Trust.
Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service will be on hand to provide some potentially life-saving advice and there will be a chance to listen to local groups applying for community grants.
