Cockermouth School - Still cleaning up having been reception centre, also advice from police/fire not to open as school traffic will only add to the huge problem that already exists

Crosby on Eden - Still clearing up, and very poor forecast, open tomorrow hopefully

Ennerdale & Kinniside CE Primary School - Inaccessible due to bridge closures and impending weather

Stainburn School - Closed

Distington Community School - Open from 10.00 a.m.

Southfield Technology College - Only open for years 10 and 11 (Key stage 4)

Workington VI Form Centre - Closed

Please note Northside Primary will be open UNLESS the Papcastle Bridge is closed in the morning. If the bridge is closed in the morning staff will not be able to get to school and school will be closed.

It is hoped that transport links will be provided for students living in the Northside/Seaton areas of Workington and schools will reopen on Wednesday, weather permitting.
