8/2/2010 - Announcement on new temporary road bridge for Workington

Transport Minister Sadiq Khan will be in Cumbria on Monday February 8th alongside representatives from Cumbria County Council, engineering experts and Allerdale Borough Council for a major announcement on Workington's temporary road bridge.

A photo and interview opportunity will be held at 12pm on the north side of the River Derwent approximately 200 yards east of the former Northside Bridge (on the river bank off Northside road, opposite the football ground on the other side of the river).
