Residents in Carlisle are being invited to give their views about the future of Rickerby Park.

The meeting will bring together the Stanwix Urban Neighbourhood Forum with the Wetheral and Stanwix Rural Neighbourhood Forums which are run jointly by Cumbria County Council and Carlisle City Council.
Local people can find out more about the plans to improve the park and have their say on the proposals at the public meeting at Stanwix Primary School on Monday 1 February, opne from 7pm to 9pm.
City council officers together with local county and city councillors will be present at the meeting to listen to the views of residents about the priorities for bringing the park back to a standard where it could be entered for a Green Flag award.
