24/12/2015 - Click or call - help is available 24/7 for anyone affected by the Cumbrian Floods

To ensure that anyone affected by the floods has the support they need over the festive period, an extra information helpline has been established.

Open 24/7 the number to call for information and updates is 0345 988 1188

This line has been organised by Cumbria County Council, the six district councils and Central Government and will be run by the Environment Agency's Floodline service.

Also available 24/7 are the council websites which contain all the information and advice you would need including funding and grant information, the latest information on the county's roads and bridges and the latest news.
