Pay Invoices & Library Charges On-Line

You can pay Cumbria County Council invoices and library charges on-line. This convenient payment facility will provide you with an alternative, 24 hours per day means of paying invoices and library charges without having to visit a Cumbria County Council office or Library.

To make an On-Line Payment, you will be required to have your invoice or library details to hand, along with a credit or debit card as appropriate. You will be asked to enter your reference details and an on-line verification will be performed prior to allowing you to enter credit/debit card details and make a payment. You will be advised whether your payment has been successful or otherwise. If successful, an electronic payment receipt will be sent automatically to your e-mail address.
