Development Control & Regulation Committee

All major minerals, waste and county council development planning applications are currently reported to the County Council's Development Control and Regulation Committee [DC&R] for determination. In the case of applications where a member of the public has made an objection they shall also be referred to Committee.

DC&R Committee's decisions are published in the form of a decision notice which can be viewed via our Online Planning Register.

The County Council has agreed the delegation of the power to make decisions on minor planning and Listed Building Consent applications to the Assistant Director of Planning and Sustainability.  These decisions are also published via our Online Planning Register.
