Needs and preferences research

Research into people's 'needs and preferences' gave us a good picture of what different countryside access users would like to see and how important these ideas are. 

For example the report says that the needs of some user-groups of countryside access are already well met, while others need more confidence about their rights and responsibilities, or removing barriers along the way.
