What happens if my pass gets lost, damaged or stolen?

Please note there is a £10 charge to replace your lost, damaged or stolen card. If your card has been stolen and you have obtained a police crime number with regard to the theft of the card, the charge will be waived.

There are a number of options available to obtain a replacement pass.

On-line:
If you have a credit or debit card you can order your replacement online. Please note you will be asked to supply an e-mail address as part of the request process to allow a receipt for your payment can be generated. You should also note the replacement pass will be sent to the address held on our records for the pass holder. If this address has changed you should notify us in advance of your replacement request.

By Telephone:
If you have a credit or debit card you can order a replacement over the telephone by calling 01228 226720.  Please note the number is not an automated service and is only available during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

In Person:
You can obtain a replacement bus pass by visiting one of the libraries or Local Links.

By Post:
You can apply in writing by forwarding your name, address and pass number along with a cheque for £10.00 (made payable to Cumbria County Council) to:
