Public Transport Online Survey

As part of our ongoing commitment to consult with public transport users, we are presently running a short online survey to obtain your view about the public transport information that can be found on the County Council's website.  Future online surveys will focus on other public transport related issues, such as accessibility and barriers to greater usage.

The Internet is an increasingly popular method by which public transport users like to find information.  It is important that online information can be found quickly, that it is valid and easily understood.  We would like to know what sorts of public transport information people use our website for, and how well it serves their needs.  However, please note that in compiling our public transport web pages we try to avoid duplicating information that is already and better provided elsewhere, but we do provide links to such sites where applicable.  Please let us know if you think our links could be extended or improved.
