2009 - 2010 Performance Targets

The Countywide target for National Performance Indicators for this financial year are;

NPI 141 - (Short Term Services - Service Users who have moved on in a planned way from temporary living arrangements) is 69%

NPI 142 - (Long Term Services, including Floating Support - Service Users who are supported to establish and maintain independent living) is 98.3%

SPI 1  - Availability is 95%

SPI 2 & 2A  - Utilisation is 90%

SPI 3  - Staffing is 90%

SPI 4  - Throughput is 90%

2008 - 2009 Performance Targets 

Actual targets achieved during 2008 - 2009 were as follows:

NPI 141 - 67.28%

NPI 142 - 93.81%

Both NPI`s places Cumbria Supporting People in the bottom quartile on the National Tribal Data.
