Provider Information - Key Performance Indicators

The Provider report details the following Service Performance Indicators (SPI) by individual scheme ID number by Quarter, received to date:

  • SPI 1 - Service availability
  • SPI 2 - Utilisation levels (accommodation based services)
  • SPI 2 - Utilisation levels (support services)
  • SPI 4 - Throughput
